You matter. We love you. You are never alone.

There are some people you put on a pedestal you're whole life, but when you peak behind the curtain, you realize they're just as human, flawed, resilient, brave, terrified and amazing as you are.

That's this week's conversation - as KLG sits down with long time friend and mentor, Leah Peterson, to have what they describe as, "an honest, transparent conversation about mental health, learning how to live in the present, and giving up on the idea of "having it all."

Right off the bat, Leah says, "Yeah, well, because it doesn't exist. And I think the term having it all is really very hurtful, especially to women, because we can't have it all. And the second you remove that pressure, you realize you don't have to have it all. You can be so much more real with yourself, and so much happier once you remove that label."

Yep, this is the kind of BTS advice KLG has been getting for nearly a decade. You're welcome, people!

Hit play to hear an intimate conversation between two friends talking through their personal realities of being ambitious women with mental health struggles; and how presence, motherhood, healing, and a lot of therapy got us to a place where we can ultimately say, "Life? Yeah, it's worth the work."

See you on the other side of the EP.
