Fuck IT ALL™ feat. I AM Radio
A podcast to redefine modern womanhood, and what it means to have "it all."
Women are told that we get to have it all; but what happens when our “all" doesn’t align with what society says is enough? The Fuck IT ALL™ podcast is an exploration, conversation and love letter to the brave women who are intentionally redefining what it means to have it all.

Have Better Sex: Make your Period Not Suck with Her Poppy’s Lauren Gregory
Welcome to a very special 3-part series of the Fuck It All Podcast. It’s time to (drum roll): 💦HAVE 👏 BETTER 👏 SEX💦!
As an extension of a large activation we did together earlier this year, consider this your own front-row seat to the live conversations we recorded with the inimitable Jenny Dwork, Lauren Gregory, and Michelle H. Sexpert.
Through their work, each of these trailblazing women - and their companies - are changing the game in sex education, healthcare, and media to make sure that not only do we have the information we need, but also are free of the shame and taboo that is so deeply ingrained in the subject matter.
Tune in this week to hear how Jenny Dwork went from TV Producer to sex-ed brand builder, why Lauren Gregory started making specialized menstrual products, and how Michelle became a dedicated sexologist and activist.
New episodes drop today, tomorrow, and Friday - just in time for weekend listening.

You know what fucking sucks? Being in pain and not being believed. Cue too many women out there nodding their heads, saying, “Yep, that’s me!”
Meet Lauren Gregory - founder & CEO at Her Poppy - a menstrual health company helping women+ experience healthier menstrual cycles. FYI - that doesn’t just mean you period. Don’t feel bad, this was news to us, too!
Lauren took pain into her own hands in 2019 when she founded the company in pursuit of solving painful periods, and also wanting to use cleaner, natural ingredients both in and on her body.
What we love about Lauren is that her entire mission is to help us feel more at home and in our power INSIDE THE BODIES WE ALREADY OCCUPY! This conversation not only spans Lauren’s own experience with self-advocacy and discovery as a woman of color inside the healthcare system, but also how she channeled pain into power transforming the menstrual health space through products, education, and activism ✊.
